Most FAQ

A: Yes. All of our products are available at the New Zealand warehouse.  your order will get dispatched from our NZ warehouse within 24 hours. (except public holidays)

A: We are offering Free shipping(Urban area only) when you order any 4 or more lots storewide. just add any 4 lots of products to your shopping cart and process the check out.

Our Smart shipping tools will add free shipping to your orders (excluding daily deals products.)

A $5 Rural shipping fee applies with the Rural address. 

A: We will dispatch your order from our NZ warehoues within 24hours.(except public holidays)

Mostly parcels get delivered within 2-3 working days based on the shipping line and the item size. For the Rural delivery address, it may take 4 to 5 working days for the delivery.

If there are any issue with your delivery, please contact us, we will help you to contact courier support team and get this issue sorted. 

Free Shipping Rules

A: We are offering Free shipping(Urban area only) when you order any 4 or more lots storewide. just add any 4 lots of products to your shopping cart and process the check out.

A $5 Rural shipping fee applies with the Rural address. 

A: For some of the listings, the products are retailing as a set of 2pc or more. these products only count as 1 lot of products. All daiy daily deals products are not counted.

e.g1: if you have ordered Product-A (one set of 4pcs solar lights) it only counts as 1 lot of product. in order to get a free shipping offer, you will need to order 4 sets of Product-A or 1 set of Product-A and with any other 3 lots of products.

e.g2: if you ordered a daily deals products, and you wish to get a free shipping offer, you will need to add an other 4 lots of products that is not on daily deals. 

A: Sorry. we only launched our NewZealand base at this stage, we will only be able to send orders within New Zealand.

Shipping Fees Rules

A: Our smart shipping tool will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your delivery address and the product's shipping cost when you process the checkout page.

(you find out the shipping cost under the shipping cost section from any prodcuts web page)

A: The shipping tool will detect your shipping address if it is a rural address According to the NZ POST official website information, the extra rural shipping fee may apply if you are using a rural address. A $5 Rural shipping fee applies with the Rural address for the "free shipping” offer if your delivery address is a rural address.
You can always change the shipping address to a non-rural address to avoid rural shipping fees

When you added multiple products from our store-wide to your shopping cart. the shipping tool will only charge one highest full shipping fee and a small add-on shipping fee(combined shipping fees) for the rest of the order.

(the full shipping fees and add-on shipping fees may vary for each products, please check each product's shipping cost for more information)

e.g: if you have ordered 3 multiple products, the shipping cost will be $6(full shipping cost)+$1.5(add on shipping)+$1.5(add on shipping)=$9.

we are offering free shipping when you ordered any 4 lost of products(excluding the daily deal products), when you ordered 3 products the average shipping fees will be around$9. if you added one more product, the new shipping cost will be free. please remember to grab this offer each time when you order from us.

Tracking and Delivery Time

A: We will dispatch your order from our NZ warehoues within 24hours.(except public holidays)

If there are any issue with your delivery, please contact us, we will help you to contact courier support team and get this issue sorted. 

A: Yes, please make sure you have leaved us a correct email address, our system will email you the tracking number once your order has been dispathced. 

Yes. we are a New Zealand registered company, and we will email you the tracking number with an GST invoice after your order has been dispathced. 

A: We do our very best to ensure that your order(s) arrive to you in excellent condition.


 If you do happen to receive any items that are damaged, please t
ake photos of the damage, and reach out to our Customer Service Team. we will get this sorted from our end.

please contact our customer support team if you still not received the parcel after 7 working days since we have dispatched it, we will help you to contact our courier support team and try our best to help you get this issue sorted.

If somehow your parcel got lost during the courier transit, we will arrange a replacement order to be dispatched.

unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost or offer a replacement unit f your parcel has been delivered, but got stolen or lost. and the courier has given us proof of delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to cover this cost.

A: No. please contact us with some photos or videos regading the prodcut issue, within its warranty period, is defective or damaged, it will be repaired or replaced at no further charge

Payment

A:     we can accept the following payment methods:

NZ Bank Tranfer

 

Yes, we are accpet NZ Bank tranfer as the payment.

Please make sure your Email address is correct, our system will email you our NZ bank account details with the referce number.

We will dispatch your order as soon as the payment is come though, and our system will also email you the tracking number for this order. 

Return and Exchange

A: Yes. The Referdeal return policy lasts for 14 dayswhich means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

All returns must be returned in a re-saleable condition, ie. goods must be in unused condition, free from debris/fibers/animal hair, in original packaging with product manuals, instructions, invoice included, and with all labels intact unless faulty.  Please do not write directly onto the product packaging.

Refunds will be only offered if we are not able to fix the issue or if we can not offer a replacement. the shipping cost is not refundable. 

A:Yes. we are happy to help you make the exchange, but please make sure the product is in a re-saleable condition, ie. goods must be in unused condition, free from debris/fibers/animal hair, in original packaging with product manuals, instructions, invoice included, and with all labels intact unless faulty.  Please do not write directly onto the product packaging.

you will need be responsible for the return and will pay for the return shipping cost. 

 

A: We will take great care to ensure correct products are sent out as ordered. 

In any instance where you have received incorrect items, please contact our support team with a photos, we will help to get this sorted. 

Please note: Incorrect items must be returned in brand new/resellable condition for a resolution to be provided. 

A: If the prodcut you have receveid is fautly, please contact us with photos or video regaring the issue.

we will arrnage a replacment unit if needed.
